The board runs on a fixed session clock: 00:00 and 12:00 UTC. Every visitor, every server render and every export inside a session sees the same levels, so a number you quote at 09:00 is the number your colleague sees at 11:00. This page exists so anyone citing MemoryIndex can verify that claim.
