How to read these tables
- AI revenue / yr
- Annualised revenue attributable to AI. Meta and Apple show zero because their AI spend is internal — there is no cloud line to sell.
- Capex / yr
- Annual capital expenditure. For model labs this is capex plus committed compute spend, which is why it often exceeds revenue several times over.
- Backlog / RPO
- Contracted revenue not yet recognised. High backlog against thin margin is the classic neocloud risk.
- Power
- Contracted or operating datacenter capacity in megawatts. Power, not capital, is the binding constraint through 2027.
- Accelerators
- Installed fleet in thousands of GPU-equivalents, normalising TPUs and Trainium against merchant GPUs.
- Memory pull
- Estimated share of global HBM and DRAM demand attributable to that buyer — a derived figure, not a reported one.
